• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
• Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the tour start time.
• No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather or safety concerns.
• Guests must arrive at the pickup location at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time.
• Children under 3 years are free but must be accompanied by an adult.
• The company is not responsible for personal belongings during the tour.
